  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or cryptocurrency exchanges.
  • DemaciaBoost does not store or process payment details directly.

2. Delivery

  • Boosting: Delivery is considered partial if canceled midway, or complete once the agreed rank/goal is achieved.
  • Coaching: Delivery is complete once the session or agreed coaching plan has been conducted.
  • Marketplace: Delivery is complete once the account or digital item is handed over to the customer.
  • Custom Order: Delivery timelines and completion criteria may vary depending on the nature of the requested service. You will be notified once the custom order has been fulfilled.

3. Responsibilities and Risks

  • Customers acknowledge that boosting services violate Riot Games' Terms of Service and may carry a risk of suspension or ban. DemaciaBoost is not responsible for bans resulting from Riot's policies.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate behavior while using accounts. Refunds will not apply in cases of bans caused by the customer's misconduct.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If a refund request or dispute arises, DemaciaBoost will first attempt to resolve the matter internally via email or Discord communication.
  • If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the European Union.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Customers may not use our services for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

6. Age Requirements

  • The minimum age to use our services is 13 years.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The name DemaciaBoost is for the exclusive use of the company.
  • Logos, images, and icons related to League of Legends belong to Riot Games.

Privacy Policy

2. Purpose of Collection

  • To manage and deliver orders.
  • To communicate with customers regarding their service.

  • We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; we do not collect or store any payment data.

4. Data Retention

  • All customer data will be deleted once the service is completed or the customer relationship is closed.

Refund Policy

At DemaciaBoost, we value our customers and aim to provide fair and transparent refund terms. Refunds depend on the type of service purchased:

1. Boosting Services

  • If no progress has been made on the order, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
  • If progress has been made, the refund will be calculated proportionally to the work already completed.
  • If our service causes an abnormal drop in your rank or other significant harm to your account, we will either provide appropriate compensation or continue the service with your approval.
  • You will always be informed before the service starts that boosting carries a small risk of account suspension or ban by Riot Games. By proceeding, you accept full responsibility for this risk if it results from Riot's policies.

2. Coaching Services

  • If you are unsatisfied at the start of a session and feel you did not learn anything new, you may request a refund.
  • If knowledge was delivered but not applied in your own gameplay due to lack of practice, it does not qualify for a refund. Coaching effectiveness depends on consistent practice and application. However, we can offer reinforcement sessions to help consolidate your skills.

3. Marketplace (Skins, Riot Points, Smurfs & Alts)

  • Skins and Riot Points: No refunds once delivered, due to the non-returnable nature of these items.
  • Smurf and Alt Accounts:
    • Standard guarantee: If an account is banned upon delivery, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
    • Lifetime guarantee: If you choose the lifetime warranty option (20% surcharge), your account is covered against unjustified bans for life.
    • Refunds do not apply if bans are caused by the player's behavior (e.g., toxicity, AFK, scripting, or violating Riot's rules).

4. Custom Orders

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the specific service. Terms will be clearly communicated before purchase.
