What is Duo Boosting?
Duo Boosting means that our booster will play alongside you using their own account, while you continue playing on your own account.

How long until I get a response?
You'll receive a response within 10 minutes at most. Our system is set up to get instant notifications, so once you submit your request, we will reply to you right away.

What are the next steps?
Once we contact you, we'll move quickly and efficiently. You, the booster, and our team will discuss all the details. If you're a new client, we'll do a demo. Once everything is set, you complete the payment, and your order proceeds.

Why can't I pay directly on the site?
Our site is still in early development, and we haven't integrated a full payment system yet. This ensures your information remains secure, so for now payments aren't available directly through the site.

Are our prices negotiable?
Yes! At DemaciaBoost we believe one of the best ways to do business is through open negotiation, ensuring both parties reach a fair agreement. Don't hesitate to ask if we can offer a lower rate.

How does the order process work?
When you submit your requirements, we receive them in our database along with your contact information. This allows us to reach out via email or Discord and ensures your experience with us is smooth and memorable.

No problem, there's absolutely no obligation to place an order. Even after trying a demo, the choice is entirely yours and fully respected.

What happens to my contact information after the service?
We don't keep your information for more than 5 days. It's only used temporarily to contact you at the start of your order, and then it's completely deleted from our servers to protect your privacy.
