Can I get a refund on Custom Market purchases?

Refunds depend on the type of item: Smurfs & Alts: We offer replacements if the account is banned due to natural reasons outside of the player's control. Refunds or replacements are not available if bans are caused by flame, AFK behavior, or other player actions. Skins & RP: Due to the nature of these digital goods, they are non-refundable once delivered.
